EUI Library Trainee Programme 2023

In 2023, a few paid traineeships to young Library and Information Science students from all over Europe are offered, starting either on 1 February 2023 or 1 November 2023. All traineeships last 12 months.

The required level is Bachelor or Master (completed not more than 18 months before the beginning of the traineeship, or even with ongoing studies), and the candidates must have a good knowledge of English. After a preliminary consideration of all applications and accompanying CVs received by email, a small group of shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in a telephone interview. Each CV should be accompanied by a motivation letter written by the candidate. We would also need a reference letter or recommendation from you to be sent separately, which would substitute the need for the traditional two reference letters.

Following the interviews, traineeships will be offered to successful candidates. As in previous years, you will be informed of the outcome of the selection process.
